Inbound Sales Associate
CORE Group is an innovative accounting firm specializing in assisting creative entrepreneurs with their finances. The Inbound Sales Associate will handle incoming sales inquiries, identify client needs, and guide potential clients through the decision-making process to book consultations with account executives.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales inquiries
Identify client needs
Guide potential clients through the decision-making process
Get clients to book a call with account executive
Conduct consultations
Nurture relationships
Maintain effective communication to ensure excellent customer experiences
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and understand their needs
Customer relationship management skills and a track record of providing exceptional client experiences
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and maintain documentation effectively
Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and a solid understanding of sales processes and techniques
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
Background in creative industries is a plus
