Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional member service by processing transactions, assisting with account inquiries, and providing guidance on financial products and services

Actively promote Mission Fed Credit Union's offerings, identify opportunities to meet members' needs, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations

Work closely with members to resolve issues, explain procedures, and contribute to the overall success of the branch

Required

Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively communicate and support members

Financial and Product Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards

Technical and Operational Skills: Proficiency in using banking software, cash handling, and transaction processing

Team Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet branch goals and provide excellent service

Basic Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to address member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Additional Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential
