Responsibilities
Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements, including cost-benefit analysis
Develop and support process control automation and related computer applications
Prepare reports on operating efficiency, reliability, and failure investigations
Conduct tests to evaluate equipment and system performance
Support compliance with environmental and quality regulations
Train supervisors on system reporting and production tools
Support new system implementations and upgrades
Participate in audits and month-end reporting activities
Promote and model strong health, safety, and environmental practices
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3–7 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations
Proficiency with SAP, process control systems, and Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree
Degree focus in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in cement, heavy manufacturing, or continuous-process environments
