Responsibilities
Support the operation and maintenance of plant equipment
Develop, implement, and monitor condition-based and preventive maintenance programs
Analyze equipment performance using reliability and root-cause methodologies
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability
Coordinate maintenance activities using enterprise systems
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams
Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and plant personnel
Promote and support health, safety, and environmental compliance
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
0–3 years of relevant engineering or industrial experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments
