Responsibilities
Oversee slag production processes to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications
Adjust production schedules and optimize workflow to meet daily targets and deadlines
Identify and address production bottlenecks to minimize downtime
Supervise the collection, transportation, and storage of slag materials
Promote and maintain a culture of safety, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, or 3 years of equivalent experience
1–3 years in a production or supervisory role
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where applicable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Production
