Responsibilities
Organize and control all project elements to ensure successful completion
Review project proposals, develop objectives, and define project phases
Assign responsibilities, coordinate with contractors, and monitor project progress
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and expenditures
Develop and maintain project schedules; resolve scheduling conflicts and issues
Review designs, plans, and specifications; recommend necessary adjustments
Coordinate on-site activities of multiple contractors to ensure timely completion
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and corporate regulations
Prepare project status reports and recommend actions based on analysis
Promote a culture of safety, adhering to all health and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree or 7 years equivalent experience
Experience: 7+ years in heavy highway construction or related industries
Certifications: Transportation Erosion Control Supervisor, Traffic Control Supervisor
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience a plus; spreadsheet expertise
Travel Requirements: Must travel and work on assigned project sites
Additional Requirements: Adherence to all safety protocols, proper use of PPE, and respirator compliance where required
