Electrical Engineer, New Graduate

Talent Bridge is hiring for one of their clients seeking an Electrical Engineer (New Graduate) to support electrical maintenance, control systems, and reliability initiatives at a manufacturing plant. This role is ideal for early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in electrical systems, automation, and industrial operations within a structured development program.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Promote electrical and workplace safety for employees and contractors
Support planning and execution of electrical maintenance activities
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of electrical and instrumentation technicians
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant electrical equipment
Conduct inspections, collect and analyze condition-monitoring data, and recommend corrective actions
Maintain accurate electrical schematics, documentation, and spare-parts records
Ensure control systems and programming comply with applicable environmental and safety standards
Maintain system documentation including equipment files, specifications, and repair history
Evaluate control system hardware and software for plant suitability
Assist with control system programming changes and troubleshooting
Provide guidance and training to plant personnel on electrical and control systems
Participate in reliability, cost-reduction, and safety improvement initiatives
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
0–3 years of relevant academic, internship, or professional experience

Interest in electrical systems, automation, and industrial controls
Self-motivated and collaborative team player
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
Ability to use required tools, systems, and personal protective equipment (PPE), with reasonable accommodations provided where required by law
