The Industrial Electrician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems within the plant, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including instrumentation circuits, motor control circuits (up to 13.8 kV), low and medium voltage drives, and monitoring analyzers
Read schematics and perform instrumentation calibration
Use digital and analog PLC programs in troubleshooting
Route, splice, and terminate low and medium voltage cables
Perform basic mechanical activities as required (e.g., non-critical welding, laser alignment)
Conduct inspections and diagnostic checks
Maintain documentation and organize work efficiently
Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to health and environmental policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma / GED required
Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical experience
Effective computer and systems skills
Ability to work in team-based environment
Ability to work at heights, outdoors, in confined spaces, and under variable environmental conditions
Work with high voltage systems (up to 13.8 kV) safely
Follow all PPE and safety protocols, with reasonable accommodations provided as required by law
Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional other shifts
Preferred
Familiarity with National Electrical Code for applications up to 15 kV preferred
Experience in heavy manufacturing preferred
