Talent Bridge is seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanic to support quarry operations at the Millville site. This role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fixed electrical and electro-mechanical equipment supporting aggregate production.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems supporting crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related quarry equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical failures to minimize downtime
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on low- and high-voltage systems
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations, including OSHA and MSHA
Perform high-voltage switching and support generator operations as required
Follow lockout/tagout and all established safety procedures
Support installation and upgrades of electrical systems, including controls and automation equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and environmental responsibility

Required

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, or construction environment
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Experience working with 480V and higher electrical systems

Preferred

Journeyman Electrician certification (West Virginia or equivalent)
Experience in quarry, cement, mining, or heavy industrial operations
Familiarity with PLCs, control panels, or plant automation systems
