New Grad, Entry LevelVeterans Sourcing Group, LLC is seeking a temporary contractor to provide support for general Lock Desk operational functions. This role involves working closely with Loan Officers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely updates to customer loan data, while also contributing to reporting and tracking efforts for operational transparency and compliance.

Responsibilities
Assisting with loan updates and lock changes in accordance with pricing and eligibility guidelines
Supporting the testing and validation of departmental changes to pricing and eligibility rules
Contributing to reporting and tracking efforts to maintain operational transparency and compliance
Analyzing existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Data analysis and reporting, which includes identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization based on data trends
Developing and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user manuals
Providing support and assistance to stakeholders and end users in resolving operational challenges
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented improvements and suggest adjustments as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Preferred
Prior experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
Experience with Empower, Encompass, or PollyEx is a plus
