Systems Engineer- Conventional Prompt Strike

Responsibilities
Perform system validation, verification, and performance testing for hardware and software
Document, analyze, and manage system requirements using established tools and processes
Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts, including modeling, simulations, and design analysis
Support hardware design, integration, and troubleshooting activities
Collaborate within a cross-functional engineering team to ensure successful program delivery
Maintain compliance with systems engineering and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field
2+ years of related experience (or Master's degree)
U.S. Citizenship required
Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required at time of hire
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and requirements management
Familiarity with MBSE tools and system modeling practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Agile development experience
Experience with system simulations, integration testing, or model-based design
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
