Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate user and business needs to develop tailored system solutions

Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and clarify system requirements

Design and implement solutions for technical challenges, ensuring alignment with end-user needs

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure quality deliverables

Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members, offering guidance on best practices and technical approaches

Develop and document system processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations

Coordinate data acquisition and integration activities to support system functionality

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to influence solution design and implementation strategies

Address and resolve technical issues, applying deep technical expertise to develop practical solutions

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards in system implementations

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4-8 years of experience in a detail-oriented role, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience

Proven expertise in analyzing business processes and designing technical solutions

Strong knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies and best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams

Familiarity with data acquisition processes and system requirements gathering

Ability to develop solutions for complex technical problems and deliver high-quality results

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance standards

Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain it
