Responsibilities

Direct daily activities of the depot level repair facility, ensuring compliance with MFC policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

Manage facility, supply chain, property, and transportation functions to support Sniper ATP maintenance and calibration

Provide technical guidance on Sniper test equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration to both customer and internal teams

Communicate depot performance, vision, and expectations clearly to leadership, the RSAF, and team members

Foster collaborative relationships that respect Saudi cultural norms and strengthen the customer partnership

Lead and mentor a multicultural workforce, empowering individuals while holding them accountable for results

Oversee budget execution, cost control, and contract deliverables to ensure on time, on spec project completion

Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all depot activities

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen

Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Experience leading a multicultural workforce

Experience with Middle Eastern military customers

Deep knowledge of depot level product support

Experience in facility management, supply chain, safety, and Sniper ATP test stations

Experience in managing facility, supply chain, property, and transportation functions

Experience providing technical guidance on Sniper test equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration

Experience overseeing budget execution, cost control, and contract deliverables

Experience enforcing safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
