Start in 2026 SpringTalent Bridge is hiring for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support operations and sustainability initiatives at a cement manufacturing facility during Summer 2026. This paid, full-time temporary internship is designed to provide practical experience in mechanical engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Learn and support operating procedures and process control activities
Gain exposure to mechanical, maintenance, and production operations
Collect and analyze data to support process improvements and capital projects
Assist with monitoring equipment performance and process parameters
Contribute to assigned projects with measurable business impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Prepare and deliver a summary presentation at the conclusion of the internship
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in an undergraduate engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, or related field) or participation in an accredited internship-eligible academic program
Foundational understanding of engineering principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
