5+ years expTalent Bridge is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst – Indirect Tax to support their indirect tax operations. The successful candidate will provide accounting oversight for sales and use tax, manage audits, mentor Tax Analysts, and contribute to process improvements within the organization.

Responsibilities
Support B2R, P2P, and O2C teams on sales and use tax matters
Perform reconciliations of sales and use tax accounts; track and confirm indirect tax refunds
Conduct technical tax research and provide guidance for audit planning and special projects
Manage state and local audits, working directly with auditors and leading the end-to-end audit process
Participate in system implementation projects as a key contributor
Provide detailed guidance on corrective audit actions and compliance matters
Lead sales tax-related process improvement initiatives and identify gaps within SSC processes
Understand complex tax positions relevant to manufacturing and construction
Mentor Tax Analysts and promote a positive, collaborative work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years in a tax or accounting role
Hands-on experience with sales/use tax, state and local audits, and process improvement
Experience with Vertex O Series, OneSource Indirect Tax, Avalara Tax, or similar tax engines
Knowledge of SOX compliance controls and GAAP accounting
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and databases
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where applicable
Preferred
Accounting or Finance
Knowledge of manufacturing or construction tax positions preferred
SAP experience preferred
Experience with other types of taxes is a plus
