Responsibilities

Provide full leadership over daily operations, ensuring all sanitation services, field activities, routing efficiency, and facility workflows are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule
Oversee workforce planning, crew deployment, supervision, and labor forecasting to maintain optimal staffing levels for peak workload periods
Conduct regular performance reviews with supervisors and key staff, identifying skill gaps and implementing development plans to strengthen team capability
Lead customer service escalation management by diagnosing root causes, implementing corrective action plans, and reinforcing service quality standards
Manage branch-level P&L, including oversight of revenue forecasting, cost controls, productivity tracking, margin analysis, and financial decision-making
Partner with inventory and fleet teams to ensure all equipment, vehicles, and sanitation supplies are properly maintained, calibrated, inspected, and ready for deployment
Establish and enforce safety protocols and sanitation regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, local and state guidelines), ensuring compliance at all times
Analyze operational workflows and implement process improvements that enhance route efficiency, turnaround times, and operational consistency
Support senior leadership by preparing detailed operational reports, trend analyses, KPI dashboards, and proposals for improving business performance
Build a strong, positive internal culture through coaching, recognition, accountability, and support for a safe and productive work environment
Run weekly payroll (ADP)

Required

5–8+ years in operations, sanitation, or industrial services
3+ years managing teams
Strong understanding of safety and sanitation compliance
Proven experience managing P&L and operational KPIs
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
OSHA or safety training a plus
