Territory Sales Manager
Talent Bridge is hiring for a Territory Sales Manager to oversee aggregate sales and market development within an assigned geographic territory. This role is responsible for revenue growth, customer relationships, and market strategy execution across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
Manage sales performance, pricing, and volume objectives within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
Develop and execute territory sales and marketing strategies
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and construction indicators
Coordinate with operations, logistics, customer service, and credit teams
Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget management
Represent the organization in relevant industry associations
Promote and support a strong culture of safety, compliance, and ethical conduct
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5–7 years of sales or territory management experience
Experience in construction materials, aggregates, or related industries
Proficiency with standard sales and reporting tools
Preferred
Background in business or engineering
Experience managing multi-state territories
