New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Bridge is seeking a Laborer to join the Amrize team at the Joppa Cement Plant. This role is essential for supporting plant operations and maintenance while ensuring safe and efficient production.

Responsibilities
Promote a culture of safety by following and enforcing all health, safety, and environmental policies
Assist in repairs and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance
Keep all work areas clean, organized, and safe
Support Plant Supervisor, Production Assistants, and coworkers as needed
Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and work areas
Assist with raw material handling and river operations as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Commitment to safety and adherence to Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where required (must be clean-shaven where the seal meets the face to pass fit testing)
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Skid steer loader experience preferred
Knowledge of products and industry terminology is a plus
