Responsibilities
Lead the test automation initiatives using Tosca within the project
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases
Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements
Manage a team of test automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Execute and monitor automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality delivery
Review and optimize test automation frameworks, ensuring best practices and Tosca standards are followed
Identify test coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure full coverage
Work closely with stakeholders to report test progress, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution
Ensure smooth integration of test automation within DevOps pipelines for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Conduct defect tracking, bug reporting, and follow-ups to ensure resolution
Qualification
Required
Candidate MUST have Tosca AS-1/AS- 2 Certification
Proven expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including automation framework design and advanced features
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps
Proficiency in API testing, database testing, and test data management
Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 and Level 2 (Required)
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer (Required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, with at least 5 years using Tricentis Tosca
Preferred
Tricentis Tosca Test Design Specialist or equivalent (Preferred)
