Mid, Senior LevelTalent Bridge is seeking a Production Superintendent responsible for determining short- and long-range objectives, ensuring projects and deadlines are met, and supporting the Plant Manager in achieving plant goals. The role includes implementing plant policies, managing budgets, producing quality products, and ensuring safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities
Communicate, improve, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work areas
Promote a culture of safety and supervise safe and efficient operation of the crew, ensuring equipment is maintained
Review operational control policies and procedures, update them, and communicate changes to affected departments and employees
Ensure consistent operation among production and shift supervisors, including coaching and training
Manage equipment failures and process disruptions to minimize cost and downtime
Enforce company policies, report violations, manage labor, and direct daily operations
Conduct monthly drills and safety meetings; perform quarterly spill drills
Maintain environmental compliance at all times and take action to operate within permitted limits
Work with the Quarry Manager to track performance against objectives and implement corrective actions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators where required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Field of Study: Business, Geology, Construction Management/Technology
