Responsibilities
Develop and fine-tune Azure Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing (NLP), decision support, and business process automation
Integrate LLMs into various applications to enable intelligent automation and contextual understanding
Design and implement autonomous agentic AI models for task automation, workflow optimization, and intelligent decision-making
Develop self-improving AI agents that reduce manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency
Build and optimize PostgreSQL-based Vector RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models for efficient AI-driven data retrieval
Implement semantic search and high-speed querying mechanisms for AI-driven insights
Develop AI-powered microservices using Spring AI (preferred) or Node.js
Create RESTful APIs that integrate AI models with backend systems
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-based services
Design and develop interactive, user-friendly AI chat interfaces using Angular
Integrate chat screens with backend AI services to provide seamless AI-driven interactions
Architect and deploy AI solutions on cloud-based platforms (Red Hat OpenShift, Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Design fault-tolerant, scalable microservices-based AI applications
Handle large datasets efficiently and integrate AI models with structured and unstructured data sources
Implement data preprocessing, cleaning, and structuring techniques for optimal AI model performance
Stay updated with cutting-edge AI technologies and explore innovative solutions
Experiment with new AI approaches to improve model efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Experience level should be 10+
Strong experience in leveraging Azure's AI capabilities for NLP and business automation
Proven ability to build autonomous AI models that handle decision-making and task automation
Expertise in vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
Hands-on experience in building AI-powered services and APIs
Proficiency in developing AI-driven chat interfaces
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, or Azure, and microservices-based AI architectures
Strong understanding of data pipelines, integration, and preprocessing techniques
Preferred
Experience in LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face models
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment
Prior experience working on AI-driven vendor management or procurement automation
