Responsibilities
Develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Coordinate schedules across system upgrades, data services, integration, testing, and deployment activities
Analyze critical paths, dependencies, and schedule impacts across technical and operational teams
Support planning for incremental modernization of air traffic management and data-sharing capabilities
Track progress against baselines and produce clear, executive-level schedule and status reports
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and milestone readiness activities
Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies in a highly interdependent environment
Ensure schedules align with FAA governance, contractual requirements, and modernization objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience managing schedules for large, complex IT or systems integration programs
Experience supporting federal government programs; FAA experience strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project (required)
Ability to collaborate across government, contractor, and technical teams
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Must meet FAA background requirements
Preferred
Experience supporting air traffic management, data exchange, or FAA modernization programs
PMP, PMI-SP, or similar certification
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
