Required

Bachelors in engineering/technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.)

15+ years in engineering services, with 5+ years in a program director role
Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M+, 100+ team members)
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills
Experience in Healthcare or MedTech projects

Preferred

Master's or MBA
PMP/PgMP/Scrum Master/Six Sigma certifications
