Responsibilities

Evaluate and enhance the end-to-end flow of AI-driven processes
Assess whether the right tools and models are being used
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how AI agents operate within various workflows
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and provide actionable guidance to improve performance
Serve as a thought partner and technical advisor to teams
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and measurable impact of automation strategies

Required

Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or related field
5+ year of experience within AI/ML systems, automation engineering, or solutions architecture with a strong track record of integrating machine learning models or AI agents into production workflows
Proven ability to leverage AI development tools like Copilot, supported by a strong understanding Microsoft platforms and technologies
Hands on experience with Python and Powerautomate
AI Visual tool experience, including data to visualization and visualization to data
Microsoft Suite of Products experience

Preferred

Co-pilot tools experience a plus
Project Management experience a plus
Journey Mapping modeling a plus
Process mapping a plus
