Responsibilities

Coordinate daily packaging operations to meet production schedules and material requirements

Monitor packaging processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations; identify and resolve inefficiencies

Accurately document batch records, logs, deviations, and other required records

Support investigations of deviations, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions

Collaborate with QA, Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering, and R&D to optimize workflow

Manage purchase requisitions in SAP for services, equipment, and consumables

Assist in training team members and implementing process improvements

Monitor operational metrics such as efficiency, compliance, and resource usage

Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required

5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, operations, or team management (MDI packaging preferred)

Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and packaging processes

Experience with SAP and packaging data analysis tools

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a regulated, fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of SOP creation/revision and quality system compliance

Ability to support compliance and regulatory audits

Preferred
