Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy

Shape and execute a forward-looking AI roadmap aligned with operational, quality, and yield objectives

Lead the development and deployment of AI solutions across predictive maintenance, defect detection, process optimization, and yield improvement

Partner closely with data engineering, operations, manufacturing engineering, and IT teams to build and leverage unified data platforms

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their practical application within high-volume, high-precision factory settings

Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class AI organization
