Electrical Designer II

Construction
Responsibilities
Performs electrical service/electrical feeder/branch circuit/lighting calculations and provides code-compliant designs under the direct supervision of an Engineer or upper level Designer
Assists in the preparation of electrical designs for power, lighting, and low voltage electrical system installations or product design drawings
Interacts with Engineering, Design and CAD support staff on a daily basis
Checks CAD-produced drawings against design input for accuracy
Consistently follows Faith Technologies established design standards
Creates technical manuals for operation and maintenance of products
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in Electrical Technology
At least 5 years' experience and proficient in the use of Revit for electrical design and drawing creation
A high school diploma/GED or equivalent
6-15 years progressive experience with electrical design combined with continuing technical education
5-10% travel
Preferred
AutoCAD/Revit knowledge is preferred
