Responsibilities

Translate complex contracting issues into clear, precise, and compelling written and oral communications that support informed decision-making for clients
Conduct, synthesize, and apply legal research to deliver timely, accurate, and practical contract drafting and negotiation advice to clients, engaging in direct contract negotiations with vendors when necessary
Educate and guide agency clients on the application of relevant statutes in contract drafting, providing specialized training as needed
Undertake additional duties as required to support the legal and operational function of the agency

Required

Juris Doctorate
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
