CNC Programmer
Seneca Resources is a client-driven provider of strategic Information Technology consulting services and Workforce Solutions. They are seeking a CNC Programmer responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machining centers to produce precision parts in accordance with blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines and lathes
Create and edit CNC programs using G & M codes
Machine parts to tolerances as close as .0005”
Select appropriate speeds, feeds, tooling, and work holding
Design and utilize jigs and fixtures
Troubleshoot machining and manufacturing issues
Support operations with technical guidance and process improvements
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience or advanced degree
Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Experience with MRP/ERP systems
CNC programming experience with CREO preferred
Preferred
STEM degree preferred
Experience with CREO and SolidWorks
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
