Research Lab Specialist Senior

They are seeking a Research Lab Specialist Senior to perform research on the effects of small molecules in cancer models, focusing on the evaluation of novel small molecules and their mechanisms of action.

Responsibilities
The candidate will perform research in an interdisciplinary project to study the effect of small molecules in vitro and in vivo models of cancers and to pursue target validation studies using genetic approaches
The research will be focused on evaluation of the activity and the mechanism of action of novel small molecules blocking epigenetic proteins in cancer
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required and at least four or more years of experience working in a research laboratory
Expertise in cell biology and molecular biology techniques, including PCR, qRT-PCR Western Blotting, co-Immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, immunostaining
Prior work experience with animals is also required
Preferred
PhD in cancer biology
