Responsibilities

Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required
Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures
Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality
Perform visual checks of product to assure quality
Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures
Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products
Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals
Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility
Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
Must be able to clearly read and write in English
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time

Required

Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications
Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols
Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures
Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality
Perform visual checks of product to assure quality
Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures
Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum or 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience

Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks
High level of attention to detail
Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required
