Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose modular/containerized data center solutions
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients
Translate technical specifications (power, cooling, networking, scalability) into clear business benefits
Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate technical input and solution designs
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer requirements
Provide technical guidance on deployment, integration, and scalability of modular/containerized data centers
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building confidence in Fourier’s technology and expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure (power distribution, cooling systems, networking, racks, modular/containerized design)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes and solution documentation
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with industry standards (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, Tier classifications) is a plus
Bonus: Experience with liquid cooling technologies for high-density data center environments
