Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation, rollout, and support of Hyperion Financial Reporting Systems to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
Requirement gathering and design documentation including blue print
Preparation of URS documents, Business Process Maps and Functional Design Specifications
Implement, rollout, upgrade, and production support for Oracle Hyperion applications
Identify improvement areas in business processes and propose changes with client
Work with client on enhancement requirement and provide estimates
Design custom programs and integrate with external systems using middleware systems
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting
Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems; map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering (all), Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Management, Management or related field
Five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered, a related financial accounting systems or business process position, or related occupation
Experience in requirement gathering and design documentation including blue print
Preparation of URS documents, Business Process Maps and Functional Design Specifications
Implement, rollout, upgrade, and production support for Oracle Hyperion applications
Identify improvement areas in business processes and propose changes with client
Work with client on enhancement requirement and provide estimates
