Responsibilities

Define and execute the digital experience strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and positions Comcast Business as a leader in customer-centric digital innovation

Oversee the design, engineering, and implementation of enterprise-grade digital systems, web platforms, and mobile solutions that drive frictionless, intuitive interactions for customers and employees

Evaluate and integrate new technologies and digital capabilities, setting enterprise-wide standards and best practices for software engineering, agile delivery, and customer experience design

Create and drive programs to improve development productivity, streamline delivery cycles, and enhance software quality, while maintaining cost efficiency

Provide regular briefings to corporate executives on strategy, progress, and outcomes. Advocate for resources, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment between technology and business goals

Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of directors, senior managers, and engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Manage strategic vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions

Establish performance benchmarks and service-level standards for digital platforms across the enterprise. Ensure compliance with corporate, security, and regulatory requirements
