Head of Sales
Element7 is the UK’s leading luxury wood flooring brand, seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead their newly launched New York Showroom. The role involves establishing and driving all sales operations in New York, building strong client relationships, and increasing brand visibility among top-tier Interior Designers and Architects.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the New York showroom, ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects Element 7’s design and service values
Take ownership of high-value, customized projects from lead to close
Represent the brand Element7 at the highest levels with key decision-makers in the A&D community
Actively generate leads and drive sales through your own network and Element7’s network of interior designers and architects
Present and promote Element7’s bespoke products and installation service with professionalism
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, design studios and industry partners
Represent the Element7 brand at industry events and networking functions
Work closely with Element7’s London-based leadership to align US strategy with global objectives
Track sales performance and provide regular reporting on revenue, pipeline and market trends
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years experience in sales within the interior design, architecture or luxury home finishes industry
Demonstrated ability to grow a client base and meet sales targets
Existing relationships with top-tier interior designers, architects and luxury contractors in the NYC market are essential
Good understanding of the luxury interiors landscape
Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Self starter with entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building something from the ground up
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Preferred
Experience managing a showroom or a sales team in a design-led business is a plus
