Responsibilities
Accurately enter and verify data from various source documents into our database systems
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information integrity
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
Maintain data entry requirements by following established procedures
Update and maintain existing database records with new information
Organize and file digital documents according to company protocols
Secure information by completing regular database backups
Ensure data is stored in appropriate formats and locations
Assist in preparing data summaries and reports as requested
Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before processing
Support team members with data retrieval requests
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency (Windows/Mac, Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
Strong typing skills with focus on speed and precision
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Reliable and self-motivated with strong work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines consistently
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Discretion when handling confidential information
