Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into detailed NetSuite system requirements
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Solution Architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Support system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop user documentation and support training for end users
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and NetSuite best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on ERP or NetSuite implementations
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis
Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for translating requirements into technical solutions
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
Preferred
Industry experience in insurance, manufacturing, retail, or financial services is a plus
