Responsibilities
Greet designers and develop conversation leading to project assistance
Provide guidance and product knowledge on weaves, inspiration, design, product use and applications
Fulfill and manage in person sample requests and sample room inventory
Customer service including order entry, payment processing and post-sale support
Involvement with our Outside Sales Team
New client development
This is an in-office position Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
