Basic Customer Service related activities
Receives telephone and fax request for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers
Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service
Answers customer’s technical questions regarding products and services
Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite
Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail
Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

Customer service experience within the industrial related, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry
