Interacting directly with customers to understand what they are really asking for

Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap

Prioritizing and defining new features and product improvements based on business goals and customer needs

Partnering daily with user experience and product engineering to design and build features that customers love

Writing release notes that help others understand the impact of new features and how to market, sell, and support them exceptionally well
