Responsibilities

Review batch production records, manufacturing instructions, protocols, equipment logs, and deviations for completeness and compliance

Verify entries are documented, signed, and dated; resolve discrepancies before approval

Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and is ready for internal and external audits

Create, revise, and review BPRs, SOPs, and manufacturing documents

Review engineering records, including temperature/humidity logs, calibration, and PMP records

Conduct daily quality rounds on the shop floor to verify GMP compliance

Support audits and respond to batch record or manufacturing queries

Recommend improvements to streamline batch review and enhance compliance

Complete training and follow company policies, cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

2–3 years of experience in batch record review or QA within the pharmaceutical industry

Knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

Experience with document management systems (e.g., Master Control)

High attention to detail for reviewing complex documentation and resolving issues efficiently

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills for cross-department collaboration

Ability to prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
