Responsibilities

Performing all duties in a safety conscious manner and being proactive in contributing to a safety culture
Supporting the Project team members in the detail elaboration of the SIS (System Implementation Schedule)
Promoting the sense of urgency in words and deeds
Establishing constant and transparent communication with all the stakeholders
Working and collaborating closely with the team members ensuring timely implementation of the activities of the SIS
Communicating any deviation or symptom of constraint to the Task Force leader to correct the situation before it becomes a problem
Providing effective coaching to supervisors and managers in the practical implementation of actions following maintenance processes standards
Documenting of the processes and terms of reference to create the Maintenance & Production manual of the plant
Motivating the team members to keep the momentum of the project during its entire implementation
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors

Required

Bachelor's degree
1 to 3 years in plant maintenance position in a heavy industry, preferably in the area of management systems, quality systems, project management
Knowledge, training, or experience in Lean manufacturing highly desired
Project management is desirable
Microsoft Office Suite
CMMS (Maximo and SAP PM)
Communication and presentation skills
Inquisitive and pragmatic oriented
Spirit of research
Experience in team work and understanding of its meaning and importance
Analytical and problem solving skills
Preventive maintenance techniques and planning & schedule
Budgeting and cost management
Lean manufacturing
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
