Responsibilities
Monitor daily plant performance and lead problem-solving efforts
Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to prevent recurring issues
Analyze process data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
Maintain Standard Operating Conditions and control plans for key operations
Collaborate with shop-floor teams to share knowledge and reinforce discipline
Partner with IT to advance AI-driven process optimization
Support new product launches and supplier qualifications with R&D
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Strong oral communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Critical thinking and learning agility to adapt in a dynamic environment
Proven analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Solid problem-solving abilities to address complex operational challenges
Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration
Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement principles
Comfort with digital tools and willingness to explore emerging technologies
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Preferred
Experience with advanced process optimization or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority
Strong adaptability and curiosity to explore emerging technologies and innovative solutions
