Account Executive

MedScout is a company focused on empowering MedTech commercial teams with data and tools for medical innovations. They are seeking a driven sales professional to develop a pipeline of clients and manage the sales process from start to finish, while collaborating with leadership and the marketing team.

Responsibilities

Act as a Go-to-Market consultant to help our prospects develop a deeper understanding of how they can utilize MedScout's data, insights, and tools to empower their commercial teams
Utilize your industry knowledge to uncover and speak to the needs of sales and marketing teams at medical device and diagnostics companies
Collaborate daily with leadership, other sales team members, and our marketing team on selling strategy
Drive a full cycle sale from prospecting to close
Lean into evolving the product
Travel to conferences, industry events, and other in-person meetings
Be skilled at reaching out to, speaking to, and engaging with C suite and VP-level executives at our target customers

Qualification

Medical device salesSaaS sales experienceNew business huntingSales strategy collaborationC-suite engagement

Required

2+ years of experience in medical device sales
2+ years of experience in SaaS
Experience in new business hunting, selling $15k-$100k/year deals at an early stage VC startup (advantageous but not required)
Ability to act as a Go-to-Market consultant
Skilled at reaching out to, speaking to, and engaging with C suite and VP-level executives
Ability to travel to conferences, industry events, and other in-person meetings (roughly 8-10 conferences per year)
