Responsibilities

Own the US regional market by leading all go-to-market and sales initiatives across priority verticals including FinTech, banking, payments, gaming, and insurance
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close, managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Develop and execute a territory and pipeline plan that supports consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
Act as the primary owner of strategic opportunities and accounts, engaging stakeholders across compliance, risk, fraud, operations, technology, and executive leadership
Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure successful customer onboarding, long-term value realization, and expansion opportunities
Provide structured market and customer feedback to leadership to inform product roadmap, positioning, and regional strategy

Required

7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling into regulated industries such as financial services, payments, FinTech, or compliance-heavy environments
Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder, six- and seven-figure deals
Strong existing network across the US FinTech, payments, and digital identity ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to sell consultatively and navigate long, non-linear buying processes
Excellent executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly self-directed, disciplined, and accountable with a strong bias toward execution
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience selling KYC, AML, fraud prevention, identity verification, RegTech, or cybersecurity solutions strongly preferred
MBA or equivalent experience preferred
