Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules , including Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting, and Security

Partner with project teams, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into effective Workday solutions

Apply consulting expertise and business acumen to align Workday functionality with client business objectives

Ensure system optimization, data integrity, security controls, and compliance with regulatory standards

Provide end-user training, workshops, documentation, and ongoing support to drive Workday adoption

Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and deliver timely resolutions to maintain system reliability

Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations with third-party and internal HR systems

Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends, assessing impact and recommending enhancements

Qualification

Required

Workday HCM certification preferred, with strong hands-on experience in Core HCM configuration and support

Certification or experience in additional Workday modules is a plus

Proven experience leading or supporting Workday Core HCM workshops on at least one implementation project

4+ years of experience in end-to-end Workday Core HCM implementations, AMS, or rollouts (US, Europe, and/or APAC preferred)

Knowledge of localization and legislative requirements across APAC, Europe, and North America

Experience enhancing and optimizing Workday security configurations and driving continuous improvements

Hands-on experience setting up security, executing unit testing, and supporting integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Preferred

Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
