They are seeking a detail-oriented Property Tax Administrator to prepare and file property tax returns, process tax bills, and support compliance efforts while collaborating with various teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and file property tax returns/renditions and make tax bill payments
Review property tax assessments for validity and accuracy
Manage payment and billing of motor vehicle tax bills
Provide internal and external customer service related to tax matters
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, using technology and best practices to increase efficiency
Support audit defense efforts in partnership with the Property Tax Supervisor
Collaborate with IT and other business teams to ensure tax-compliant systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience in tax compliance or related financial operations
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Preferred
Familiarity with property tax compliance processes and audit defense
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
