Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule service calls and appointments
Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database
Provide administrative support to the service team
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
MUST BE BILINGUAL, SPANISH SPEAKING
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Spanish: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Prior experience in a customer service or dispatch role is preferred
Experience with dispatch software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems is a plus
