Responsibilities

Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
Review of high net worth individual returns
Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
Identify tax planning opportunities
Train staff on new tax codes
Create marketing materials for new tax codes
Handle and resolve tax controversies
Training and supervision of staff

Qualification

CPA12+ years tax experienceTax return preparationBachelor's degree in AccountingTax researchManaging staffCommunication skillsMentoring staff

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
CPA is a must
12+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review for business entities & individuals and tax research
Expected to have good communication skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities
Experience managing & mentoring staff
