Responsibilities
Assist in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI and machine learning models for real business use cases
Help build and maintain AI pipelines, including data prep, model training, evaluation, and backend/API integration
Support the development of RAG solutions and simple agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype features, and help deploy AI solutions
Contribute clean, testable code and document experiments, workflows, and learnings
Qualification
Required
12 years of experience in software engineering, ML, data science, or related work (academic projects included)
Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
Understanding of core ML concepts and interest in LLMs and generative AI
Exposure to APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered applications
Comfortable working in collaborative development environments using Git and standard engineering practices
